Data collection

Tiny AV Sync runs on your Mac. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics or media uploads. The app does not automatically send recordings, file names or usage data to its developer.

Files and local processing

The app reads the folders you select to match recordings and writes results to a new output folder. It checks file metadata to detect changes and available disk space before writing. Processing timers measure elapsed work. These checks are used for app functionality, not tracking.

Reports contain file names, matches, timing corrections, warnings and errors. They remain on your Mac. A diagnostic log is stored in the app cache. Temporary processing files are removed after normal completion or cancellation; a crash may leave temporary files.

Deletion and sharing

Delete output folders and reports in Finder when no longer needed. Removing the app does not remove your original recordings or exported results. You decide whether to share a report or media with support.

Email contact@koka.one for support or privacy questions. Your address and the information you send are used to respond to your request. You can request deletion of support correspondence at the same address. Apple handles App Store, TestFlight and any diagnostics you choose to share under its own privacy settings.
